Why We Create: A Beginning

Hi, and welcome to our little corner of the internet.

We’re Micol and Evelyn — partners in art, in love, and in everyday life. This shop grew slowly from our studio tables (often messy, always full of color, scraps, ideas, and cups of tea), and became a space where we could share the things we make with people who feel like us: sensitive, creative, curious, and in need of something soft to hold.

We are both visual artists — I, Micol,  come from a background in psychology, education, and storytelling. Evelyn is a painter and visual designer with a deep love for texture, color, and quiet symbolism. Together, we make:

• Illustrated nursery prints filled with warmth and calm

• Zines about memory, love, queerness, and healing

• Keylaces and wearable rituals for daily grounding

• Digital downloads that blend art and reflection — like creative rituals, drawing prompts, or tools for emotional self-care

Our shop isn’t about fast trends or mass production. It’s about slowness. Emotional honesty. Visual beauty that doesn’t demand attention — but gently offers presence.
