A Family Celebration

A mixed-media zine made to honour my grandparents, who left Switzerland for the United States in 1951 in search of a different life. Their courage was never really celebrated in my family, so I made this zine as a way of looking back, remembering their story and giving it the space it never had. A small act of remembrance, and perhaps a way of making peace with what was passed down.
